Take your fitness journey beyond the gym with our customized Off-Site Training program. After our assessment process, customized programs can be done at home, at your local gym, or workplace. Our trainers will give you programs based on four, eight, or twelve-week blocks. These programs are suitable for all ages and abilities. Enjoy the benefits of professional training from anywhere.

Austin’s approach goes beyond sets and reps — he builds training around the individual, not a template. Every workout and exercise is tailored to the athlete’s specific needs, physically and mentally. What truly sets him apart is the care he brings to the relationship: Austin takes the time to understand how each athlete thinks, problem-solves, and learns, allowing him to coach in a way that actually connects. His goal isn’t dependence, but growth — developing confident, self-aware athletes who excel long after they’ve trained with him. He has worked with athletes ranging from youth and high school standouts to Division I and Olympic-level competitors, bringing the same intent and attention to detail to every level.

I have coached at the collegiate level as a Defensive Back and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, designing structured programs for strength, speed, and in-season performance. In the program’s first year in a new conference, the team earned a conference championship. As a former collegiate free safety and All-New England defensive back, I bring firsthand experience to athlete development. I specialize in speed development, movement mechanics, and football-specific training, helping athletes build confidence, stay healthy, and perform at their highest level.

Whether you're trying to make your body move more fluidly or you're trying to add miles per hour to your swing or shot, you've come to the right place. As a lifelong athlete, Raleigh has developed a ground-up system that stresses fundamentals and maximizes power. Rooted in functional strength training, his clients learn to squat, lunge, hinge, press, pull, carry, and rotate first, then the focus turns to speed and power. Raleigh's passion is to ensure every client leaves moving better while attaining their goals. His client list includes professional athletes, weekend warriors, and everything in between. Raleigh exemplifies a positive attitude with great energy and leaves no room for excuses or shortcuts. Raleigh is certified by TPI, NASM CPT, NASM CES, NASM GOLF, and TRX.

Raleigh Taylor

As a lifelong athlete and competitive bodybuilder, I understand that both performance and strength are the keys to athletic dominance. For others not involved in athletics, that strength and mobility are necessary to longevity. I’ve worked as a strength coach for all ages; athletes in high school and college, as well as a trainer for those beyond their sport-playing days. In my 13 years of coaching, I’ve developed a well-rounded, systematic approach in catering to the specifics of my clients needs and goals. With a Bachelors in Exercise Science from CCSU and additional certifications from the NSCA (CSCS) and ACSM (CPT), I am more than ready to get you where you want to be. I will always hold you accountable and motivate you while still being realistic about the process of time and dedication necessary to reach your goals.

Seth Miller

Personal training has always been just that—personal. I take great pride in working with people from all walks of life whose goals are as diverse as they are. Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked with people ranging in age from 9 to 89! My biggest strength as a trainer is being able to connect with individuals and meet them on their level.  As a lifelong athlete, I’ve always been fascinated by how the body moves and works. I am a former four-year varsity soccer player and former college rugby captain. I have also competed as a natural bodybuilder. During my younger years, I coached the swim team and later coached rugby. All of these experiences have fueled my passion to better understand how the body functions. Personal training allows me to apply the knowledge that I have gained while also continuing to learn and grow as a professional. Know that when you work with me, my success is your success. I view my relationships with clients as partnerships. Nothing is more professionally gratifying than when a client reaches a goal through their hard work and determination.

Bryan Kraestner

As a lifelong athlete, my passion for competition seamlessly transitioned into a dedicated career in the fitness industry. I've competed in numerous sports (Basketball, Lacrosse, Football, and Volleyball). I completed and graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Health Promotion Studies, focusing on Wellness Management. I later served as the Assistant Women's Basketball coach for two years. My commitment to fitness led me to obtain my NASM Certification as a Personal Trainer.1 am passionate about pushing clients to achieve their goals and providing support every step of the way. The most rewarding part of my work is celebrating my clients' successes, whether it's regaining the ability to perform tasks once challenging, or feeling stronger. If you're aiming to increase strength, enhance posture, improve athletic performance and speed, or simply gain confidence on the gym floor, I'm here to assist, motivate, and stand by you throughout your journey!
